Docket documents are records. Every document fetches Shopify data just in time and stores the finished immutable PDF and HTML. Changes to Shopify data or Docket settings do not rewrite an already generated version. Existing documents and customer links remain available if billing ends while Docket remains installed; uninstalling deletes them.
