When does the trial begin?
After you choose monthly or annual and approve the charge in Shopify. Shopify controls trial eligibility and timing.
What happens if billing ends?
If Docket remains installed, your saved PDFs and public customer links remain available. Resubscribe to restore full app access and document generation.
What happens during a billing-verification outage?
A temporary billing-verification error blocks new document writes. It does not cancel your plan, delete your archive, or break existing public links.
Can support extend a trial or issue credits?
Shopify controls trials. A verified billing error can be corrected through a Shopify-supported refund, but the refund does not extend entitlement. Docket offers no credits or routine trial extensions.
Can I import my Order Printer templates?
No. There is no template code in Docket to import into. Default layouts work without code; your logo, accent, seller and VAT details, numbering, footers, packing-slip prices, and quote terms are focused settings.
Where do my PDFs live?
Every document is stored as a record with its snapshot and PDF. It remains available while Docket stays installed. Uninstalling Docket deletes the archive and ends access through public links.
